By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Rising Moon Mental Health. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, lab notifications, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. SMS Privacy Policy

What personal information is collected

• When texting with us we save your number to a patient identifying number (patient id: 12345) within a contacts list in our phone service account. We purge this list every 3 months of anyone no longer a patient of ours.

• We will only text you to respond to your inquiries, follow up on things discussed in session, send you a telehealth link, or relay other time-sensitive appointment/care information. Please note: this applies to texts coming from Rising Moon itself. As we are partnered with Mindful Therapy Group who handles most of our scheduling and patient services they have their own text release, privacy policy etc. We do not share your number or information with them.

• We do not share, sell, or otherwise release your number or information to anyone. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
