ADHD
A little bit about this page…
If you're anything like me, living with ADHD (or loving someone who does) can feel like a wild ride. It's a mix of incredible strengths and some real challenges, right?
As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider who also struggles and thrives with the disorder, I am always on the lookout for tools and resources that can help patients (and myself) overcome the challenges and better utilize the advantages that come along with ADHD.
Before we get into it, I’d like to offer some things to keep in mind as you explore…
The resources provided here are great for reflecting on, considering, and determining what may meet your current needs.
Some tools are pretty straightforward, some not so much; any and all of these resources benefit greatly when approached with context and guidance from a specialist (such as myself). :)
Of course, if you are currently working with a psychiatric provider / ADHD specialist, please feel free to take anything you find here to use in your established care.
Okay, good talk, back to it!
The idea behind this little corner of my website is to share a collection of the most useful tidbits and resources I’ve come across - reliable information, practical tools, coping strategies, and whatever else. I've packed this section with resources designed to help you thrive with ADHD, from worksheets to the latest research. ** Well, currently, this section is a work in progress; the percentage of ‘packed’ may vary! **
What You'll Find:
Informative Articles: Expect articles covering everything from the basics of ADHD (what it is, types, symptoms) to deeper dives into topics like executive function, emotional regulation, and strategies for thriving at work or school.
Practical Worksheets & Tools: I'll regularly add worksheets and tools to help you track your goals, organize your thoughts, and create routines that work for you.
Latest Research & News: I'm committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the treatment of ADHD. I will share relevant findings and news that might be helpful to you or your loved ones.
ADHD is too Often Dismissed or Minimized
ADHD is often misunderstood, and reliable resources can be hard to find. The goal here is to provide a supportive space where you can access information, explore tools, and find practical solutions that make a real difference.
